Featured as one of the top ten designers to watch in Interior Design Magazine's “New Talent” issue, Heidi’s appearance on the interior design scene is actually anything but “new”. Having headed up projects for some of the world's most renowned architect designers such as Michael Graves and Lauren Rottet, and as a principal in Toll Hammerschmidt Design which she co-founded in 1999, Heidi has long been one of Southern California's most sought-after interior designers. Now heading up her own firm, Toll’s refined sense of style typically appeals to clients who seek class and sophistication, no matter what the aesthetic might be. With designs often punctuated by custom, one-of-a kind furniture pieces, Toll’s skills have been put to use by clients ranging from LA's Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), to the owners of some of Southern California’s most architecturally significant homes. Heidi has received acclaim through profiles in the LA Times, three victorious appearances on Home & Garden Television’s “Designer’s Challenge” and variety of magazines that have published her work. Toll received her Professional Designation in Interior Design from the University of California at Los Angeles, and her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Southern California. | | |
